6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goal, if I am accepted as an TF2SS admin, is to keep the servers clean, and get rid of all racist, homophobic, and other offensive players that try to discriminate other people. I hope to be able to keep the servers alive, and have plenty of activity.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
On the TF2SS servers, I usually spend about 10-25 hrs on the servers per week.
B. On the forums?
About 1-2 hrs per day on the forums.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
In total, approximately 200-300 hrs of my 1480 hours on TF2.

My strengths are (in my opinion): Dealing with racism/homophobia, Dealing with vulgarism, controlling other's anger.
My weaknesses are (in my opinion): Dealing with vulgarism while under constant stress, having multiple people yelling at me.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would first ask the person(s) to stop speaking like that, then ask for a motive, and if they do not comply to stop, I will put a 1 day ban.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
If the remarks are just pure insults, i.e. You're dumb, You're bad etc., Then I will tell the person that is being insulted to ignore the person. On the other hand, if it is a religious offense, even though I won't find it offensive, for I am atheist, I would understand how they might be offensive, and ask the offender to stop. If they fail to comply, a mute + gag.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would ask them to stop. If they do not comply, I will do a 1 day mute session. If they continue to micspam after the session is over, I will put a 1 day ban.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will ask them to stop. If they do not stop and continue, I will kick them. If they join back and repeat their abuses, I will put a 1 day ban, and file a report on the forums.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
If they were speed hacking, I would contact the accused "speed hacker", ask for his story, and for the person(s) that filed the report, for his/her story.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will first call out the impersonator, and ask him to stop. If I catch him again, I will put a 1 day ban.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will do nothing, for they're not hacking, offending, or breaking other rules. I will just put on !friendly if that plugin is on, stay in spawn, or simply leave.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will ask them to stop being vulgar. If he/she fail to comply, I will mute + gag him/her. If he/she comes back after the mute + gag and starts again, I will put a 1 day ban on he/she.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will first call him/her out, and tell that person(s) to stop. If I find them again doing it, I will give them a 1 day ban, and report them on steam for scamming.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Since bought items are used from the store, and no hacks/admin abuse is involved, I will simply tell he/she to stop complaining about being slayed, since using shop is not against the rules.
