I have administrated for a tf2 server about two years ago(Crystal Clear Gaming)unfortunately the server was shut down do to Ddos attacks. I had helped with keeping players from scamming, cheating, and trolling/griefing otherwise. I am also a moderator for 2 servers on Gmod and do basically the same job there as I would if I was accepted here.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I wish to help make this community a great place and to help those that play in it to enjoy it as much as possible.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I usually get on about 3-5 times a week.
B. On the forums?
I do not usually visit the forums often do to other activities.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Going on 1 year now.

I do not recall a time that I have lost control of myself.
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
My strengths would be that I am very understanding, I am kind hearted(not too much rage), I enjoy a good game and do not try to take it too seriously.
My weaknesses would have to be that I can sometimes take things too far/too seriously and that my school work and sports may limit the time I can spend at a time on servers.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them politely and collectively and if the comments continue kick them form the game
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would ask on how they feel about these remarks and try to understand what the problem is form their point of view.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn them as I would any other problem but if the spam consists I would have to mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
i would take a screenshot and proof of their abuse and report it to higher ups on either the forums or messaging.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would take proof(a screenshot or recording) and kick/ban them for a certain amount of time until I can get the evidence to another admin.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would talk to the player and tell them that they do not have the authority to threaten other players and especially since these rules do not exist I would warn them/kick them if they continue.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would play fairly, not rage or loss my temper, try to kill them and get the domination off of myself in an actual play style manner.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would most likely mute them and if they would continue through chat I would kick/ban them for a certain amount of time until they either calm down or settle with their punishment.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
i would tell them that, that would be a form of scamming and that the do not have the authority to grant them anything also that they could very well get reported for it.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
That it is a game and that they should not be too upset over the way the game is played. Even though they did buy it from the store so did the other player that slayed them. Unless they were killed by gunfire.
