I noticed that when you buy a strange leveling perk, it does work as normal, but if you're half-way through the time, for example 2 mins out of 5 minutes, and you want to buy 5 more minutes, it resets your time back to 5 minutes, and doesn't make it 7 minutes. Another example is if you bought 60 minutes, and were only down to 30 minutes, and you bought 5 more minutes, it would bring you down to only 5 minutes.
