It seems that if you do !friendly, you are still able to do rolls from !rtd. The problem with this is the fact (as mentioned on the previous report regarding !friendly entering spawns) someone can roll toxic/timebomb/instant sentry.
I've seen other servers being able to disable !rtd for !friendlies.
Also, if you roll the previously mentioned rolls, you can also do !friendly and be under the effects of the rtd.
