I have never had any administrator experience, but I am willing to give it my best shot!
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I would love to be able to assist people who may get bullied on your servers, I have great vocabulary skills and most of the time use complete and correct sentences, and I would just really like to have some sort of administration type role on one of your servers.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Every weekend and most of summer.
B. On the forums?
I don't usually use forums, but I will check it every now and then.

I've been playing for about 10 months.

If you mean lost control like anger/rage, then about 3 years ago.

Strengths: I love TF2, I play it almost every weekend. I love puzzles and problems. I'm very smart.
Weaknesses: I don't like math or smart alecks, but I'm not too lazy/weak to handle both.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would confront them and try to reason with them to help them stop or calm down. If that does not succeed, then I will have to resort to some kind of short term ban.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would ask them why it bothered them and try to cope the problem so I do not have to resort to banning.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Mute or ban.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Tell them that they do not need to be misusing their privileges and try to make them stop.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Confront that user.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Explain the correct rules and tell the lying user that they should not lie on a server about rules.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Probably get frustrated inside but I will just ignore them and if that doesn't work, then I will have to solve the problem myself with the help of other admin(s). (if any are on at the moment of the domination.)
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Long term ban.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Tell everyone that he's lying because he does not have those privileges and if that doesn't work then short term ban.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
That TF2 is a war themed game and things like that will happen, so don't be bummed out. Plus your credits will regenerate after time and you may buy it again.
