Since this version makes the weapons on floor exploit non-existant, servers could have weapons on floor.

Was the !friendly it used to have. But since there is no !friendly, would it be alright if the servers were enabled to pick up weapons again?

Could probably do that, it was disabled because friendlies were able to get weapons.

That is true. It also worked vice versa, granting !friendly features to whoever grabbed the !friendly melee.
