I do think, however, that you should remove his skype from public view. If you want to share it with the admins, that is fine, but who knows what person is going to see that and who knows what they are going to do with that information. If the player wanted his skype to be posted publicly, he would, but he hasn't and I don't think he wants it posted. Just saying. :/
Also, hacking is hacking. I remember way back in the day, there was a guy who used MatHacks that changed all of the materials on the map to be invisible so that he could see where people were coming from. Based on the link you sent, that seems similar because this hack shows where people are.
Granted, he is a commoner and SS should value that, but the problem is the hacking. Although his goal may not be to make the server a bad place, others who get killed may still have a bad time and might leave due to it. Regardless, a hack is still a hack and he has admitted doing so, like you said, so it seems this boy is RIP.
