He is a player of the community so I would like to defend him. His main is friends with Luna and Peachie so that means he plays on server 15 a lot (i'm sure). Also, there are quite a few comments on his profile from Peachie so I'm guessing he isn't a bad guy. His main account ban was on Server 09 in November last year. He did try to make an appeal and I guess that failed. So now he made this alt and was banned again. Was he hacking? I don't know. Asking him to provide proof for why he wasn't hacking is a bit backwards. There should be provided proof of him hacking so that there is no question why the ban stands. If there is no proof other than the claims of an admin, I believe he deserves a second chance. If he messes that up, then rest in peace. He has applied for a ban appeal twice, and has circumvented a ban by creating an alt. Of course, that doesn't sound good, but it shows his dedication to play on SS servers. Innocent until proven guilty? I hope so.

I can't recall many ban appeals that were accepted after the user was proven to be hacking, let alone twice. You have yet to provide any evidence to prove your innocence, so until then I do not believe this ban should be lifted. Should we find you on another alt account, well let's just say that I predicted that one. (Then again, we all know it's gonna happen).

This is his 2nd account=2nd chance. Hacking is not allowed on our servers in the first place so this ban is fully justified if you were caught doing it twice.

Never really done it 6-7 times. only 3 times. the very first ban that ever happened was from pixel.

Rest in peace my efforts to help you out. This is your third time dude? Well then it's settled. You hack over and over again. I highly suggest you stop hacking. With that said, the odds of you being unbanned are very slim, but for the sake of every other server and community out there, please do them the favor of not hacking and just play like anyone else. Hacking doesn't help anyone, not even you.

Treat others how you want to be treated. If you don't give other players a chance by cheating and exploiting the game, we won't give you the benefit of a doubt and unban you.

Regardless of how many times you've hacked and the fact that you claim to only want to hack on specific servers and not on ours, I still don't think you should ever be unbanned. A hacker is a hacker.

It's not about promising that you won't do it, it's the principle. Everyone on our servers should have a clean and happy environment where nobody is using loopholes to get around the system.

You saying that you would never hack (on the servers) is the equivalent of killing someone and asking not to be arrested because you will never kill people again. You've already committed the crime (more than once now so it seems,) and now you suffer the consequences.

If I had the choice, I would deny the appeal.
