Unlimited voice command usage?

As I've seen with many servers in the past, voice command spam was always a fun side-thing to do in servers. You can interrupt certain pieces of dialogue without the voice command cooldown restricting the ability to use them too much.

Pros:
- Fun during gameplay
Cons:
- Some may still consider it as spam and find it annoying

I don't know; It's just an idea. Tell me what you think.

EDIT: Hmm now that I think of it, this could be really annoying to listen to. I know you can turn off your sound, but what If people actually want to play with sound. We already have enough mic spammers, we dont need people spamming "E" for medic all the time.

With a plug-in like this, I feel like if it gets added it shouldn't be for only specific servers (that is, the ones that are mostly empty) but simply just be added for all servers.

Only if Death allows it. Also, that is a possibility. If it would ever get too out-of-hand, I'm sure it would be removed in an instant.
