Attempted Harassment.

In one of the most recent comments he, attempts (it even being poor itself) to harass me. Before getting banned by an unknown admin while in game for a day.

Please go and read my profile to see what he left as PROOF, but I'll paste it here as well.

If the user us banned from SwapShop for now, then he shouldn't be an issue for the time being.

But if behavior like this continues, then an action Will take place by me or any other administrator.

For now, all you can do is attempt to ignore it for now.

He's gone after Commie and now Penny. I honestly think he should be banned permanently from ss, for endless harassment. Especially towards admins.

He got a day ban from, something that happened on the server.

These comments are way over the line. Even if we did perma-ban him for constant harassment towards other players, he won't stop his shenanigans. I'd say block him, report him for harassment, and anyone else who had to deal with him should do the same. VALVe will very likely do something about it, but only if multiple reports are sent in about him.

The ONLY reason I haven't blocked him, as if I found honestly. The more I let him comment, the more SOLID proof I will have of getting him banned and more of a reason to have him banned or punished in some way.

When I find that whatever punishments gonna be done, if anything will be done.
I intend to block him.

It's more ideal to build the ban duration up over time instead of instantly permanently banning the player... especially when the player isn't even doing it on the server, the player won't know what he / she did wrong.

I honestly don't think you should be banning, muting, or gagging someone who is making bad decisions out-of-game. The person will just join the server, find him/herself banned and will have no clue what even happened. If we punished everyone for something they did whilst they weren't in our servers, we'd all be banned by now, including me.

Unfortunately it would be illogical to bring a player who is breaking a rule that is not universal (such as hacking) to be banned upon. People act differently in different atmospheres.

Knife, I honestly have no proof of this except other players in the server, as I had no way to get it.

But he acts the same, if not worse in game.

He has sent physical Death threats towards me just because he can't beat me in game.

But, no evidence there.

Which is why I have kept him unblocked, so he can continue to comment and rant on my profile. Go and look at the chat (Page 1-7 currently) Of all that's been said.
