6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I feel like I could a bring a new mind set to the servers and ill be able to help out older admins with what they should do and ill ask for the proper protocols for kicks and bans due to the difference between servers.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Ill spend most of my time on the servers when ever i have the spare time sub side from job hunting and studying for my drivers licences.
B. On the forums?
I will have a tab to take me to the the forums for when ever i need to or just want stuff to read and study and expand my staff protocols.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I've been on the servers for a while but i didn't not realize there was a steam group till of late.

My old boyfriend broke up with me and i kinda had to take a extended leave from my job it was a week till i was stable enough to return to my job
12. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
The ability to reason to a point of understanding what was wronged and how we can reprimand and my ability to speak a small bit of french and a bit of Spanish.
My weakness's would be me not understanding prices immediately i always have to run a price check and i would have to ask how they got a certain price.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would ask him politely to stop and if he persist depending on which chat a gag or a mute for a mins and we would take further action if they were to persist.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would ask the group what they were offended and come to a understanding of why they were offended and try to get other.
C: How would you deal with players who mic spam?
I would ask for them to stop and remind the server that you can mute the spammer client side but they over talk the trader that are making trade offers then i would mute them .
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
would ask them to stop if they do not stop i would take screenshots of their abuse and file a report of the incident.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
i would join spectator and watch for the {user} if the report is true i will ban him and file a ban report for when and why they were banned.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
i would interfere and remind the regular of the real rules and correct him of the mistake.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would do nothing because its only a game and there is no real reason to get angry over being targeted.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would kick them for disrespecting the server and if they reconnect and continue a ban might me used.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free god-mode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would remind the seller that it's kind of scamming and if he persists i would kick him.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horseman perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horseman player?
Well that he bought the perk in full awareness that others might not want to have that interfering with their fun.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I can't wait to help out with the forums and servers i will be on the eastern servers due to my location in this world and i will put forth my best effort to make everything fun for everyone and be serious when i have to do something serious..
