Rawr using an exploit

On 9/1/2016 Rawr was banned for 1 day by Strum™ for insubordination when I brought it to his attention that Rawr was using an exploit to see me (A fully cloaked spy). The reason that Rawr was not banned for using an exploit was because of the lack of proof. Well, I joined the server again today (9/3/2016) to find Rawr there as well. These demo files were recorded by me.
