I have seen many tf2 players getting harassed or bullied. In and out of the Swapshop servers. As an admin I wish to help these people. And give everyone a happy tf2 experience.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Weekdays- 8 hours
Weekends- About 16 hours
B. On the forums?
All day if possible. Sometimes even on my phone.

One pro and con is that I don't really show emotion when I talk. Which is good if I don't want to sound mad. But bad if I want to sound mad. Another pro is that I'm generous. That doesn't mean I would let someone off easy though. A con is that I irritate people by killing them in game.

15. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would mute or gag him/her for 30 minutes the first time. Then 1 Hour the second.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would tell them to stop. And if they don't listen I will mute or gag them depending on what they are using.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I will give them a warning. If they continue I will mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will give proof to the head admins. Either copy pasting chat or making a video. Depending on the situation.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the game. And go on the enemy team to see how they kill me. If it looks like they are hacking. I will ban them permanently.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell the victim they can't really do that. And I will warn the user who is admin impersonating. If they do it again I will ban them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will just continue to play. It doesn't really bother me.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
well if it's to me I won't really care. But if it's to another player I will tell them to stop. If they continue i will either mute or gag them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will once again tell the victim they can't do that. And I will ban the scammer permanently.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell them there is nothing I can do about it.
If it becomes something like H I will mute or gag them.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
when a admin does something they are not supposed to do. Like if they ban someone when they did nothing wrong.
