I've been an admin on a Garry's Mod server but I can't remember and specifics or the server.
7. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to be an admin because people have been saying things that shouldn't be said and people just keep yelling and yelling. I'm here to have a good time not a brawl.
8. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
A decent amount of time, at least 3-4 hours everyday
B. On the forums?
A good 1 hour or so

I'm pretty sure 989 of my hours on Team Fortress 2

My weakness is salty players & Toxic players. My strengths are calming people down and showing encouragement

16. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would ask the person to not say those hurtful words, otherwise it'll end with a 20-60 minute gag or mute from chat.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would ask the people being offended if they we're offended by such words and ask the person saying the offensive things to please stop, these people don't like you saying these things.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I'd ask them to stop, and if they don't it'll end with a 20-60 minute mute from mic.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I'd report it on the TF2SS forums.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I'd go to said server and kick them, if they came back I'd ban that individual
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will make sure that person threatening get's a 10-30 minute ban from our servers for threatening others.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I'd just leave, and go to another server.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I'd tell that person that if they don't like our servers then just leave and if you think I'm an asshole, so be but please don't scream on your mic please, also just because someone is killing you doesn't mean that you should scream profanity.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I'll say that they don't have the power to give godmode and that they shouldn't blackmail anyone.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I'd tell them that I'd give them their credits back.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
When an admin abuses their power such as spawning 2029 Merasmuses or giving Godmode to themself to kill other players
