I have not had any previous supervisory, administrative, and or management experience experience. (In game)
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My gaols in this community are to have equality and to be a fun enough person so that people don't want to be on that specific server. I honestly don't plan to bring total chaos to the server or do anything "naughty" but I'm sure you've heard that before.
7. How much time do you plan to spend on the Servers / Forums?
I plan to continue the current amount of time spent on these servers/Forums. (This can be answered by the question below)
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Given that I spend most of my time online at these servers I'd say that I'd continue doing the same. To be specific I would estimate it at about 1-2 hours every day.

I'm taking "losing control" as a time where I was angry (Or at my breaking point).
I'm usualy at this point when I'm constantly put down and or talked about behind my back. On these servers that hasnt happened yet.

13. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Politely ask them to stop and if the problem pursisted I would mute them. If problem still was to continue, I would kick them.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
If someone else is being offended I would ask them to stop and if problem persisted I would mute them. If problem further continued, I would kick him/her.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Ask them to stop, if they were not to comply, I would mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report to a higher authority or go to the forums for assistance.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Inspect the player and ask them questions along with the player who filed the report.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Hopefully I can expose the player as a fake and notify other users that the specific player is a impersonator.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Since I have little patience for this type of thing, I would politely ask them to stop an if they continued I would kick one, seeing if other continued. (If they did I would follow the same process)
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would kick him. (Personally, I've seen this one to many times. It's usually some kid who thinks he can do damage to other people by looking stupid)
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
(If it's available) I would expose them outright adn give them a title of [SCAMMER].
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
I would explain to the player that the shop is publically avaiable to everyone within the server and that the tools required to kill this player were also included. If they didn't like this they could leave.
