quick question about apps

so i noticed applications are being accepted again (YEAH BOI! i might add)but i also wanted to ask if someone was recently denied before the wave was issued will they have a wait time or can they automatically sign up now?

They are allowed to apply without waiting. That's why your app wasn't denied right away.

For future reference: Any changes made to applications in general automatically removes any waiting periods for previous applicants.
