Why would you let someone have access to your phone AND your email? That makes no sense to me in anyway, friend or not. You must have really trusted them to give them that information, unless you weren't in the right state of mind haha..

Plus the fact that he's changed so many parts of his story by now that nobody can really tell what to believe anymore.

Are you able to provide concrete evidence to back up your claim/story. Words are great for explaining but not proving what happened.

Can you offer proof that your "ex-friend" was in control of your account and was/is responsible for those posts on the forums?

While the image does point out you recieved an email from a source. There are multiple things wrong in that email.

• Does not prove you were signed up for a porno website by your friend as nothing indicates even signing up.
• This email lacks a logo, professionalism, etc.. that a company/business would be expected to have.

Do you have any additional proof that you can provide?

• How did he access your account? Did he actually sign into the account, or simply access your computer when it was left on?
• Does your friend live in the same state as you or elsewhere?

He lives near enough for it to be a short car ride, like i said i have all my passcodes on one phone in a text file on the phone and he opened it, it contained my email passcodes...
