Well at my job I was given the task of making sure our station was clean before opening. I successfully assigned each worker to a particular job, and we all banned together and got the place clean and operational right on time to open.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I would like to make the servers a safer place by stopping minor and major issues, such as bullying, spamming, and most importantly, racism. It's is uncalled for.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
With the time that I normally play, about 3-4 hours daily.
B. On the forums?
30 minutes to an hour.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
For about 2 years. I fell in love with the servers the second I started meeting the players/Admins. That's why I'd like to help contribute.
11. Do you speak any languages other than English?
A very very small portion of Spanish, and ASL (I'm not sure that will help.)

My father was moving out of country and leaving me, again. I told him it wasn't fair and that you belong here with the rest of the family. All my emotions hit me like a jab to the heart that day. I knew I couldn't blame my dad, but id still miss him. He gave me a hug, told me he loved me, and said everything will be alright. He was right.

I believe my strengths include; agreeableness, extraversion, kind, neat, playful, reliable, and steady.
I believe my weaknesses include; cautious, fearful, obsessive, and stupid.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell him to not use ANY slurs no matter how rash the other player is, its uncalled for and just plain stupid. If he continues I would mute him, and if he keeps going ill extend the muting period.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would tell them to both quit arguing and that I don't side with any of them. It's just a fun game we all play.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Id tell them to stop mic spamming, and let them know how disruptive they are being to other players, if he doesn't stop he'll just get a five minute mute. If he continues i'll extend the time.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would try and capture a recording of the act, and tell Death™ and show him the evidence.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the game and wont even give him a chance for defense. Hacking is a good quick way to ruin other players stay on your servers and send off distasteful vibes. I would tell him he is being banned for hacking, I'd just ban him for two weeks or so.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will tell them that the rules he is stating do not exist and you have nothing to support it, If he continues I'd invite him to trade and send him a link of the rules if he so chooses to continue.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I'm all for the game and how its played, but that is annoying. I would let them have their fun and then when I've had enough, I would say "Good game" and simply leave. I would NEVER use my powers to benefit me in the battlefield, making it unfair and could ruin my REP as an admin.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I'd tell him to please stop using that language and if he really doesn't like the server or the people in it that bad, then to simply leave. If he doesn't comply I'd just mute him chat/mic for about five minutes for the other players benefit and for him to hopefully cool down.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will tell him that that is against the set rules of our servers and if he continues, he will be kicked and not able to join for atleast a day.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
To buy a new one from the store and to not get so harsh and hostile to the other player, I'd even lend them the credits to buy it again.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Someone of power that has been corrupted and needs to be stopped even if it brings a good time or laugh from the other players. Its wrong and no matter how much you sugarcoat it, it will still remain wrong no matter the circumstances.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel if I do become admin that i'd be placed at such a higher position than i'm in right now, and speaking openly, I think i'm ready for it. I say without any doubt that I will be responsible, and be a leader that leads players to a good gaming experience on your servers!
