Selling My Signature Hat

I'm selling my Blizzardy Storm Charmer's for 35 keys pure, or 40+ in offers.

Reason for the price:
Only one on the market for sale. Also holds partial personal value.

Reason for sell:
In the process of buying a sunbeams noir. Making room for the god tier unusual effect.
