The last Administrative position i held was Moderator on a Garry's Mod Server I did pretty well until my Garry's mod had problems and i was demoted for inactivity.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
Me as a person would like to hold this position because i have ran into abusers, exploiters and hackers all over the servers and i want to be able to fix it.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I would Probably be able to spend hours on any given server of tf2ss.
B. On the forums?
The forums on the other hand I dont believe i could as much but i could try

The first time I started tf2 my friends recommended me to tf2ss

yes i know i have a vac ban but that was for cod mw2 and it was to fight other hackers who were messing up games and i was fixing them.

actually I lost it when a group of hackers joined a server of this groups and i was unable to do anything about it

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell them to stop and do what i can to prevent it from happening.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would help the player who is offended unless they are getting offended by something that is stupid i would still try my best to help.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
ask them to stop nicely and if they continue i would server mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
if another tf2ss admin were to abuse and exploit powers i would report them to the higher authority.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
well i do not know of any speed hacks but i would check anyhow to see if they are good rocket jumpers, sticky jumpers or just really good at bhopping.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
i would ask them nicely to not act like they have power and let the victim user know that it is okand that he/she will not be banned.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will try to beat them even if i lose.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
honestly you just have to deal with it because even if you do something to them they will not stop.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
tell anyone who wants to except the trade that it is a scam and kick the scammer if necessary.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
that he or she will have to get better and not complain
about dying if they purchased an item to kill others.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Admins specifically using their powers to gain an advantage over other players.
