Used to be a Co-Owner of Fragging Adventure. (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/fraggingadventurek) Left because the owner had a Competitive Ego. In real life, I work in a restaurant called Phin. I'm the servant that handles food and manages the restaurant too.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goals are to keep the community of the server as a friendly, kindly server. We treat everyone respectfully and everyone should be treated equally.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I would spend about an hour or two on the servers if any reports are notified. If not, I would occasionally come in and relax and spend time with other people.
B. On the forums?
Mostly about 1-2 hours a day if anything is needed or updated.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I played on TF2SS for about 1,500 hours already.

I speak Vietnamese, but mostly English.

I've had a stressful moment when I used to date this one chick I liked. I've lost control when she made a rumor about me that made me look bad. Now that I've moved on with my other girl, I try to forget the past and move on.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
My strengths are being a friendly person, having a good relationship with people, and willing to hear other people situations and try to give them an advice or a feedback. My weakness is managing the time of helping others when I'm busy with work. I lack of managing my time of what is important.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would kindly ask the person to stop saying that. If he does not, I would gag/mute him for 30 mins.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would tell the player who said it to apologize to the players that find it offensive and warn him to not say it again.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn the mic-spammer to stop. If he doesn't, I will mute him for 30 mins.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would notify the higher officials that there is an issue of Admin Abuse from this person.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would come in and see if he is really speed hacking. If he really is, I would IP ban him. If the report was fake, then the player that sent it will receive a day ban.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will warn the player that was making false rules to read the rules again and if he still thinks his rules are better, I will mute/gag the person for an hour. If he repeats the issue, I will ban him for a day.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would just join Spectate. There's no point of being mad over a game.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would warn the player to stop being a brat and man up. It's just a game. I also would tell him that he could leave and join another server, since they are more than one server in TF2. If he still acts childish, I would mute/gag him for 30 mins.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would ban the person for an hour for Admin Impersonation. I would also warn the player who is giving the hat to be careful of who he is trading too.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell him that it's just a game. If it's an issue to him, he could move to a different server. If he still complains, I would kindly warn him to stop spamming. If he doesn't comply, I would mute him for 30 mins.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
I define admin abuse as if someone is using their powers as if they are the superior of the server. They take their powers and make other people to obey that person. I also define Admin abuse as a person that doesn't show respect to other players by abusing their powers on them.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I would feel glad, but I will also do my duty of keeping the server friendly and kindly. No one wants to deal with people who are negative.
