My supervisory on any TF2 server has been thin. I have had some supervisory, but I sadly forget the server's name.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goal for this wonderful community is to remove any one exploiting. I have been noticing a lot of trollers, exploiters and cheaters on your servers and I would like to help removing them.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
Not a lot, although I will make sure my time there is not wasted.
B. On the forums?
I can spend a lot of time on the forums, although I would probably spend more time on the servers.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I've been spending about 2 years on the servers, and I know all the rules.

I once was kicked from a server because I freaked out about this guy only killing me. I then sent an apology note to him and he forgave me.

Some strengths I have are: I am equal with everyone, I am fair and I am friends with everyone.
Some weaknesses: I am easily persuaded and I can't really tell the difference between a cheater and a troller.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them and kick them for 12 minutes for them to learn thier lesson.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would try to reason with both the offender and the victims. If the victims succed in puursuading me, i kick the offender. If the offender wins, I will give the offender a warning and I will tell the victims that it was my decision to have him win.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would either kick them or gag them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will report them to these forums.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would ban the player from the servers. If they are hacking, it should result in a ban.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will kick the regular for threatning another player with a ban after reminding them of the rules
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would give them a warning or a kick if they continue to do that. I will inform them to play the game properly instead of being assholes to an admin.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will ban them from the servers. If they are being dicks to everyone, they will be banned
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will kick this player for 2 hours. They can't get free hats like that with powers they don't have.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell them that it's too bad that you died and thats life. If they keep complaining about it, i will kick them
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Either A. I don't abuse or B. I will say that there is no reason not to use my powers if I have them.

I would feel really good. I want to help this community grow and help clean it.
