Recently with my mom in the hospital ive been stressing out immensely, i'm relaxing with friends to try and keep stress off my shoulders

I try to be kind and fair to players, but when someone pushes their warning and i give them another warning i'm a little too forgiving there

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them, if another comment is made ill warn again, following a mute with a 3rd comment
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would warn the offender, and also tell the group it was taken care of, and monitor both from that point to the time being
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn both players, following a mute if they do not comply with the warning
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report to a higher admin about the user abusing powers
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Monitor the Reported player for several min's to determine its hacks and not one of the servers plugins or shop items
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Warn the user about the offence to ban the player, following a possible temp mute, and if the situation gets worse a temp ban would be in order
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Ignore them and play the game i would normaly, even if they target me
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
A warning will follow to the user, after they do or do not follow the warning a mute/gag will be put into place on that user
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Warn the user and advise the fellow staff about the user in questioning about his offering, following a mute/gag
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Nothing technically, due to them spending their own credits for that item
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Misuse of powers that has been given to the player to use to an advantage or use to annoy another player, and to do anything with those powers

Please hear me out, i want to be apart of the staff again, i want to help the servers, with how much has been going on with the spam and everything else i want to be apart of this community again
