Im in boy scouts which requires us to manage our own troop.

I think that we should help make our community better and to not let people get under our skin in anyway. I believe we should stop those who are being irresponsible.

I can spend up to two to three hours.

An hour or two.

Id say about forty to sixty hours

I know a bit of basic spanish.

Wel lI have been through two divorces and ive had very different feelings from these events. The way that I had coped with it was mainly just trying to forget about the situation, take a break here and there.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
Well I am mostly introverted and this can help me out by making things quick and not taking my time with things as well as not taking an appreciation for people who are troublesome. Now a weakness for this is that I cant really be social with what im saying. Now I have been working on my social skills to help make this weakness a strength

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would ban them from the chat/forum for 30 minutes and if continues then a day.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Try to understand what the problem is and then solve it.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Give out a warning to the player and if continues then an hour ban from voice chat
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Try to make them stop by saying they would most likly lose their job and if this still continues then I will report to one of the higher up admins about this.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would go on to the server and would spectate the game to see if anything out of the normal is happening. If so i will ban the playing from the server.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I shall tell the player who is saying the fake rules to stop this and may tell him were he is wrong.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
If this does happen then I will go to spectate the game so that way they cant kill me and the would thus focus on other players.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I shall telll them to stop it and if it continues they will be banned from the server.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will tell everyone that he is scamming and if this still persists then i will ban the player from the server.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Ill say its just a game and you dont have to get angrey about it.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
When one is killing said player/team and/or uses his abilities to give him advantages in the game.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel like this will be a great experience and may help me out in bigger life challenges. I hope that I will stop all of those who are not following the rules and guidelines.
