I'm pretty good friends with Penny Fitzgerald. I've had him added for a long while now, we talk and play on TFSS almost everyday.

7. List and describe any previous supervisory, administrative or management experience, in or out of the game:
I was an admin of a group I made with a PBFortress Manager, I did well as part of the staff until he deleted the server and quit Team Fortress 2.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I feel like I play TFSS a lot, and I run into people who break rules, mic spam, hack, etc. No Admin is usually online or comes to the server when needed, I would just like to help out TFSS because I wanna keep the community in order. Plus, I really love playing on TFSS, it is one of my favorite servers.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I have school from 7:30 to 2:45, I'll be home at around 3:00 and I will most likely be on the server most of the day, if not all day.
B. On the forums?
I'm active not too active on the forums, but am willing to be more active if needed.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
Close to a year and a half now.
11. Do you speak any languages other than English?
I'm learning French, but I'm pretty shaky on the subject.

14. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation (P.S: This can be about anything; it doesn't have to be from in-game.):
If I get Angry, I usually channel it into my gameplay. If I have a bad day, or if I am all-around upset about something, I would go online, join one of SwapShop's servers, and channel my anger into Sniping. Example: One day my sister was being stubborn and pissing me off, I went onto a TFSS server, and went on a killing spree until I calmed down. I don't shout into my mic unless I am playing around, even then it's not even loud or annoying, just having fun.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
I think the strengths in my personality would that I can be worked with about anything, if I get confronted with something serious, I can take the situation and work it out with the person. My weaknesses is that Im too nice, i'd say? People can play with my emotions and me not know about it, nor care.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell him to stop with the racist slurs, or I would gag him. I would give him 3 warning and if he doesn't stop, I will gag him for 60 minutes.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would ask him politely to stop because he is making other players feel offended. If I don't it offensive, I would ask the offended players to just ignore him or mute him.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would give a verbal warning and if he/she doesn't stop, I will mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will contact a higher-power with screenshots of the incident.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I will join the server and see if he is or not. If he is, I will ban him or call in a higher-power to ban him.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
That would be impersonation and I'd have to call in another admin to deal with it.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I'd go sniper and dominate them, it's not easy for me to get pissed off over something like that.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Gag and Mute them for Insulting an Admin and mic spamming.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will warn the players not to trade him because he is not an admin.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
To get over it, he bought the perk and died. Earn up and get it again.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Noclipping for no reason, Resizing themselves for no reason, slaying innocent players,and kicking or banning people for no reason.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I still would love to be an admin for this server. I feel like I could really do my job well and make the community happy. I'm not a bad person, and I get along with everyone.
