I worked with the admins in my highschool for 4 years and I currently still work with them.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goal in this community is to make it better and to solve the problems that are currently going on the servers.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
4-8 hours, but this depends on my school schedule and what has to be done.
B. On the forums?
I could spend a lot of time on the forums most likely 6 hours.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been playing on the groups server for about four years.

No I do not speak any other language other then English.

I have lost control of my emotions when I have gotten stressed out from getting a bad grade on a test or just getting frustrated. I cope with the situation by taking slow deep breaths and relax by keeping my mind off of it.

Strengths: out going, compassionate, thoughtful, nice, creative. Weaknesses: patience, self trust.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would ask them to stop making racist comments and if they didn't I would mute them and then if they continued they would be kicked.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would first try to think how the players who are offended are thinking and explain to the player who has made the remarks that they need to think how another player may feel about what they are going to say before they say it and to not keep saying those remarks.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would ask the player who is mic spamming to stop and if they continue to mic spam mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
If another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers I would record it and report them and send the recorded evidence to the lead admin or the owner.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would look at the evidence if there is any and see if the evidence supports the claim and if so ban the player.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would explain to the player who is threaten with the no existing rules that they don't exist and tell the player to stop Lieing about banning someone for rules that don't exist.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would stay calm and just not worry about it and just accept it like a challenge, or I may just leave.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would just state that if you think I am jerk and the server is bad and complains when people kill you, then maybe you need to join a different server, if he doesn't and the player keeps going on I would mute them then if they kept going after a mute then I would kick them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell the player who is offering this to stop scamming players with false trades. And if they don't I would remove them from the server.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
It's would tell the player who is complaining to stop and remember it is just a game and it's not important that you got killed by another player and remember that you are the one who bought it for all players.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
I define Admin abuse as when admins use their powers to mute, kick or ban players who have done nothing wrong or they use their powers to put them into god mode to kill other players. I would also see admins useing hacks and saying they aren't because they are admins.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel it would be great to become a server admin.
