Well that's quite hard when we (or at least I) don't know he's an admin.
And with this bit here, are you saying you only follow the rules when you KNOW an admin is around? That's not a very wise thing to do, as admins can change anything about their identity, just like you. At the end of the day, it's best to stay in line.
