The Admin was being very unserious and immature when warning, he muted User Mr.crusader for saying N***** as a joke twice, after Mr.Crusader's younger brother helps appeal the unmute, Mr.Crusader apologizes for saying N***** but then gets muted for saying N***** while apologizing. I then say it forgetting about the warning because of how immature he was and say it again resulting in a mute, a few minutes later the guy proclaims "fuck you" I leave the server out of pure anger at this point due to his rage inducing nature. In a group call with Mr.Crusader, I hear his younger brother get muted due to him asking for an appeal again, it's nerve racking.

Crusader was being very vulger. This was not his first offense, I'd like to say about a week ago i silenced him for 30 minutes for using the slurs Fa**ot. And Ni**er, then i left the server and never heard from him again.

Then we joined together recently. And i heard him use the word Ni**er. And i warned him.

To be very fair, i should have been much more serious when i warned him. The first time i warned him, i used csay. This time, i told him to slow down on the slurs in my 'Old man' joke voice i do from time to time, without using my Admin tag.

Then, FAP GOD started flooding voice chat with Ni**ger. While Crusader yelled out a "All Ni**ers should be hanged", after that i silenced Crusader for 60 minutes, but not FAP.

About 2 to 3 minutes later. His brother asks me to unmute him, i unmuted him to hear him out,

Crusader voices: "I'm sorry, i won't say "Ni**er again." In a very cocky and sarcastic way, as if he didn't mean it, and just wanted to be unmuted so he could get one more lick in.

So i silenced him again and made it 99 Minutes,

A little bit after, FAP used yet another Slur, saying something along the lines of "these N*gs". So i silenced him for 30 minutes.


Maybe Crusader's apology wasn't meant to sound so sarcastic. I'm sorry if that's the fact. Crusader just simply seemed like the type to do it again once i left the server,

Most of what you said is warped and twisted to be false, When Mr.crusader was apologizing he was very sincere about it, you never even addressed when you told us "F*** you". as a witness I can get both Mr.Crusader and His younger brother as well as someone who was on the server to vouch for me. I will say that it's hard to even take a warning/mute seriously and accept it as punishment when the admin can't even be serious about it.

well no, However I do have witnesses...

Truthfully, nothing can be done until everyone involved can agree on what actually happened and fess up the real story (That is if there's a need to do anything).
It should be noted that slurs and racist remarks are against the rules regardless of the situation, but some admins are more lenient than others since it's a touchy subject. I can't tell what the real story is, since both so far seem exaggerated in one way or another.

But using the similarities of the subject, this is all I can say for now: The players should've listened to the admin as well as followed the rules, and the admin could've been more serious about the subject or handled it in a better matter (though again, I can't tell what exactly happened).

I do not have any screenshots or recordings of it. I didn't think to record it because something like this is so small.

I stand by what I've said. Nothing is warped or twisted. I did what I thought was right as an administrator.

But again. I admit I should have been much more serious in warning them. I did it in an unfair way and I'm sorry for that fact,
none of the punishments were permanent or long term, so I don't want to make this any bigger than it has to be. The punishments were justified, and I never exclaimed a "Fuck you" In response to punishing anyone. I said it several times in a joking way when I died to someone, but never when issuing any sort of punishment. (Muting or warning)


If Crusader truly feels he was wronged, or his younger brother, I do want to hear from them on this forum and apologize to them if need be.

Are you saying that if you assume someone isn't an Admin, you won't listen to them aid in enforcing the communication rules?

I've looked through some logs to find what Marksman has done.

TheMagikMarksMan warned you guys twice using the /Csay command, which brings text on the screen to all players on the servers. One was asking to stop using slurs while the other was asking to not "gasp" in the mic (Assuming it was related). There were plenty of Csays beforehand as well, so I don't see how you wouldn't know an admin was on. He gagged and muted a few other players for the same thing, so you three were not treated differently compared to everyone else doing it.
Whether Crusader was sincere or sarcastic with his apology, it was still during his silence period. 99 minutes may not have been necessary, but he still most likely would've been muted afterwards since the un-mute was only to hear out why he did what he did.

From this perspective it seems like Marksman was just doing his job. Some mistakes may have been made, but it's to happen if several people are breaking the rules at once.
I don't understand why this is such a big deal, considering this was over with days ago, and all the mutes, silences, and gags were short-term.

Just to clarify: When i warned someone for 'gasping into the mic'. Im very certain it wasn't the three we're talking about. But nevertheless, thank you for logging my actions and making my intentions more clear. Sometimes i'm very very bad when wording things. As anyone who has heard me on the mic can confirm.

I'd like to point out one thing. Our server's don't tolerate racism correct? It says it in our guidelines, and with this being said, jokes or not, He was still in prime violation of this rule, am I wrong? Because how is one supposed to know the difference between a joke and an insult nowadays, Marksman simply did his job and that's that.
