I have experience in leadership because i am the vice president of 2 clubs in my school. I usually deal with minor problems and I resolve them with a sharp and straight forward mindset.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to decrease toxicity levels in swapshop servers. In my recent visits, I have experienced offensive name calling, mic spamming, and threatening between Swapshop members and players. With the inability to do anything about it, it frustrates me as a member to see these interactions representing what swapshop is. I usually hear players complain about the server being bad and untreated, therefore I want to make the server more enjoyable for our players.

I had found out some personal family issue that distressed me so now I skate to cope with the distress.

I am laid back and logical, I always try to see the big picture of any problem. My weakness is that I am not up to deal with any trolling and that I like to cuss alot

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them twice but if they keep making the racist comments then I would temporarily ban them
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would still explain to the "offensive" player to tone it down since others doesn't like his/her remarks
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn them and if they continue to micsoam I would gag them for 30 min
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report to Lunarium or the council (if you guys have one of those)
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would hope on the server and see for myself, I would be spectating to be low key. If the player is speed hacking I would perma ban the player.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell the threatened player to ignore the other player since the other player has no way to ban the player
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't care
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would tell the player to leave he didn't like it here, however if he is screaming on the mic I would gag them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell everyone that trading a hat to the player wouldn't benefit them and they should ignore the player.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would reason with the player and tell him to buy another perk by donating to swapshop.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Abusing the power given to you such as bans, excessive use of perks, and bullying regular players.
