I have owned my own mc servers and I have been a head admin on over 3 servers. I am also have my own team of which I am the owner/leader.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goal in this community is to make playing tf2 mode enjoyable for everyone, and to grow the server. I have had bad experiences with servers before, and I want to make sure I can help others avoid having those same experiences.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:

It really depends. I am homeschooled so I have a very flexible schedule.
B. On the forums?
It really depends. I am homeschooled so I have a very flexible schedule.

Not really sure. At least a month.

I have gotten very mad at people who repeatedly kill me as a friendly, even after being asked to stop multiple times. Not a full on freak out, but very mad.
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
I consider my self to be a very good leader, and I am very good at calming situations down and solving problems. I am a very logical thinker. I am not very good at staying on task or completing things. I am getting better though(my medicine helps a lot. I have ADHD).

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Ask them politely to stop, and if they do not stop, kick them, and give them a second chance. If they so not stop, they will be banned.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Politely apologize, and reconcile the situation. Then be more careful about what I say.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report it to a head admin with screenshots, and ask them to stop politely.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Investigate their steam profile, and watch them in game. I would also ask friends of his, and spectate him.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Inform the regular player about the correct rules, and inform player B that they will not be banned, I'd they are following the correct rules.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Let them have their fun, until it becomes obnoxious. I would then go into god mode, or go into !friendly.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Don't respond. Responding feeds the troll. Ask them to leave, and if they continue, ban them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Inform the player that, what he is asking isnt possible, and stop him.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
Explain that they are playing the game, and that there isn't much you can do. They could switch teams, or ask the other player to stop.
