Verdect: + support/ - support or +/-Support if your not sure.

Admins put their thoughts and concerns about an application/applicant in a special post that non-staff cannot see. Also What is your question? You never actually wrote one.

Sorry bout that. The question was if I could make a suggestion. Didn't put that though xD. And I see your concern, but thats why the reasoning is there. You find all you can, put them into your catagories, then put your personal comments about why you put what where.

It makes it easier for the applicants that got denied to pick out what they messed up on, and work on it.

I quote this on accident

Admins are SUPPOSED to only reply to applications for the following reasons:
  • Ask a question to clear up a confusing response
  • Correct them on something so they may know what to do
  • Post a referral saying that the admin strongly supports the application
This format you created can be helpful for regular members to help guide them on replying to applications, but to be honest it's better to not "structure" someone's post and simply let them post how they feel.

I understand. However, I've always felt that if you have a acctual fourmat for what your tring to say, it was easier to get your point across to anyone that is reading. Its good if you understand what your tring to say, but what if someone else dosn't. I feel like this fourmat can help state what you want to say more clearly, and make it easier on everybody to know exactly what you found in the app as a pro, or con, without much hassle.

While I find this structure to be suitable for players responding to another players app, I do not feel as though it is a good idea to make admins have to follow a specific format. Some admins may think they must be formal and therefore leave out personal relations to the player and/or vital information, while this can be said for players as well, admins are held to higher degrees in how they act, communicate, and play and are more likely to leave out said information.
