I was a moderator and Co-Owner for, A server on TF2 but it got taken down becuse the owner, Becuse he didn't have enough money to keep it runing.

I wanna hold this position becuse i love the server i wanna help it grow, I want it to become the best server and i wanna help!

Strenths : i dont brake im strong in my faith and beliveing in myself.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I whold give a warning to stop and if it keeps going i will go into action
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Il ask to tell them what offdended and ask the person to stop doing or erase the thing that is doing it.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Il tell them to stop or they will be kicked / banned for 1 day intell the learn there lesson.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Il warn them and tell them to stop Admin Abuse or you will be banned from admin abuse.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I whould ban them for hacking on the server
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Il tell the person that is getting threatened to not worry becuse those are not real rules hes makeing them up to, Make him give or do what he wants from you we will give him a warning to stop or he will get banned/kicked for a period of time.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Il stop what i am doing and tell them to stop or they will be kicked or banned for some time if they do not stop targeting me only.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Il tell them to stop and if they dont like the server then to leave and if they say what are you gonna do about it, Il ban them for talking rudly to a admin
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Il tell the person thats giveing him a hat and say "Hello {Username} The person you are tradeing with becuse doesnt have the power to make poeple godmode so please dont fall for this again do !admins to see if hes admin abuseing or just doing something bad and we will stop him right away"
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Il tell the person please do not get angry becuse he probly wants that so ignore it.
