We can't really address the problem concerning your friend if he/she doesn't make his/her profile public.

Yes, it is public now.

I'll have Sixteen reply to this staff report, however Eevee's ban will likely remain since he/she nevertheless still is a scammer on our servers.

I had told her to give it to me so that I could make a recording of it being deleted. (I wouldn't have taken it because I don't value items in tf2 like most do.) But, later on she messaged me that she deleted it herself. Unless she has video proof of her deleting it, I would be able to believe her. Just because it isn't in her inventory, doesn't mean it isn't in someone else's inventory. Right away she told me that she sold it on the Market Place, then said she was joking, and then you told me she said she gave it back to the original owner and then once again said she was joking. Also, I asked her about it and right away she said she bought it and then later said she got it for free from someone for Rock Paper Scissors. All of this "I say something but I actually mean something else" makes her words unbelievable. So unless she has video proof of her deleting it (not a picture but a video), I will not be able to believe that she did so.

Yeah, I know. Or at least, soon enough.

Someone explain this in more detail please in a more organized matter.

1. What item, who's item is it?
2. Was the item duplicated?
3. Why is it being deleted if it was scammed(Was it duplicated), should the top priority be to return said item?
4. Story behind this.

For the story and everything, could always ask Luna or Kay about it. Since they were there for it and I think Luna saw it happen? Not sure. But I do know she found it to be funny that she scammed the poor guy.

I was there for the struggle of asking for the backpack to be made public. Kaslay would have more information on the subject.

1. The item was an Unusual Pyro Weapon, owned by PartyCrab
See in his backpack here: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198137743335
2. His item was returned in a non-tradable quality by Valve Steam Support. Eevee claims to have deleted the weapon, but the item could have been traded to an alternative account during the time her profile was private.
3. Since two of the weapon now exist, I assume Sixteen wanted the original item deleted so the scammer wouldn't be able to make a profit, but I played no role in requesting the item to be deleted. I assume he wanted it to be given to someone to ensure that the item was deleted, rather than the circumstance I suggested could have happened.
4. I have a much more detailed post in the admin's only section.

At this point, nothing anyone says is going to have Eevee unbanned. It surprises me she had time to make an application shortly after being banned.
http://tf2swapshop.com/forum/index.php?topic=754.0
But she can't take the time out of her day and of the many times I've witnessed her on, to make herself a ban appeal?

At this point, there is more than enough information proving she's guilty. But she needs to learn at this point that she needs to stop having her friends doing all the work for her.

All there is left to do at this point is have a ban appeal added by her, and her alone. She was requested to make one upon her ban, and upon her application as well. So until she does, there won't be any chance of her unban being put into play.

If you want to be unbanned here on your "Favorite Server" Then YOU go out of your way to do what's right. Own up to what you have done, and make that appeal now. The longer you take on this subject, the higher the chances of you being unable to rejoin back into the community.

I am locking this topic. It is expected that the player who scammed make the ban appeal and not a friend.
