To better gameplay for any and all users and to ban thoes that will flaw the game or servers functions.

A. On the servers?
I can spend up to 2/3 of my time on tf2 atleast.

B. On the forums?
Any of my spare time.

8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
for around 3 months or more.

Warning 1 2 and 3, kick ,(if comes back and continues) ban

Question/look at both pardys perspective and then do the steps showen above to the party in the wrong.

C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn 1 2 3, mic ban, kick, ban

D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Warn 1 2 3, go to higher admins, go to owner if possible

E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Fill report fully, recap over it, send it

F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Prove wrong, repeat until gone to far, kick

G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing they are just killing me so what i can move to another server if i want to

H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
warn 1 2 3, mic ban, kick, report, ban

I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Ask for affer and find if they are scamming or if real hacks if need kick then ban.

J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
Nothing they did it to them selfs they can mute him/her if need be

Not on the internet no but in real life only twice or so if you need to know the real life one its because a bullt at school every day when he say me would throw racist remarks at me and talking about my size but my size does not bother me any more.

for 14 E and H, I would like to clarify that you are the one responding to a report, so creating a new report wouldnt be helpful

Also for 14 j I think you misunderstood. The situation is Person A bought headless horsemann, person B used slay from the shop to kill person A, causing person A to lose their horsemann perk, and person A is complaining.

so for E i would go over the report pick out key parts of the report and use the said parts in my responce plus see if everything on the report is true

For H i would just ignore them until gone to far and tell the head admin if needed and i cant do anything

For J  i would just say let it go and if needed go through my steps warn 1 2 3, kick the one in fault if any
