Title: VIP not Working

So, yesterday, I buy VIP and was able to use it across all servers. But, today, I was only able to use it on Server #11. On the other servers, it's either locked or says:
[Perks]: The server has not retrieved your settings yet!

I'd love to use VIP everywhere, especially the Mario Kart servers. Do you think you could look into this?
