!friendly and RTD Conflict

Was testing force RTD on #26 while my !friendly was on, I noticed I'm able to roll toxic while !friendly. That also means I'm probably likely to also roll instant sentry.

I was doing this bug for quite the duration last night. The idea I can roll toxic and instant sentry and just stand outside their spawn is uncomforting.
