Yesterday I bought a 24 hour vip trial with my 900 saved up credits. It didn't work on the server I was on, so I switched to plenty of different ones. It has ended, with me being able to use none of the features. I am wondering if I can get my funds back and if you can look into this bug.

Can you confirm that you got the credits refunded back to you?
