Title: My !shop VIP doesn't carry over from server to server anymore

What's going on? For some reason, I purchased the !shop VIP in #34 or #35, I'm not very sure. It works in one of those servers, but for some reason, it won't carry over to any other of the servers you have up.

Please fix. Or something.

Steam is up to something - There is a growing list of features that are failing. I will try and get some updates done later today.
