Hello, I bought vip for 37 days but did not get my VIP. Would like help

I see you tried to buy it twice:

L 12/20/2015 - 10:05:21: [vip_sql_admins_expire.smx] ADD - SQL failure, Failed to proccess command: "STEAM_0:1:53489716" a 43200

L 12/20/2015 - 10:09:59: [vip_sql_admins_expire.smx] ADD - SQL failure, Failed to proccess command: "STEAM_0:1:53489716" a 10080

Just wanted to let you know I am working on it.
Not exactly sure why the server isnt responding to the commands.

I have manually added you into the database.
Can you please confirm if your vip is working on both east and west servers?

Homepage shows all east and west servers. You just need to click on an ip or the join button :D
