I try to donate but it keep saying that I decline the trade.

- Are your email confirmations enable/disabled:
It is enable

- Any other information you feel is important:
Mobile Auth is enable and my profile and inv is set to public

You have your trade offers set to friends only. You need to go into your advanced settings and select accept trade offers from everyone.
