6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I am an active a reasonably well known member of the TF2SwapShop Crits community and I spend a large majority of my time active on TF2 on TF2SwapShop and I enjoy having fun and messing around with new people on the server. I would like to be able to prevent any hackers or toxic players on the community as dealing with them personally would greatly increase my own and others enjoyment of the server.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I currently spend almost all my time on TF2 the TF2SwapShop Crits severs. I have played 20.1 last two weeks of TF2 so I would amuse at least 18 hours I have spent on TF2SwapShop. I normally play 1-2 hours a day.
B. On the forums?
I would spend as much time as i was required to and would check it once every couple of days as i am forgetful sometimes

11. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation:
As I have never been an Admin on a server before I cannot say how this may differ from the issues the arose then and how I dealt with them, but I would assume it would of been on a Crits server I used to use where they allowed moving level 3 sentries and that was something that made the game really frustrating and I think I just was angry in general on the chat.
12. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
Strengths
I am a calm and mature player who isn't easily annoyed and I enjoy getting involved in convocations in the chat and other mics. I am polite and sensible when I am being serious and jokey and silly while with friends.
Weaknesses
I like to be the best on the server and I may try to hard sometimes to achieve it. If I lose my temper I can be unpredictable especially if I am goaded even further.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them once then I would mute them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would ask the offended side why they felt offended and try and understand if they are being reasonable, if I feel like the offended have made a fail case I will warn the people/person who made the remarks if they kept doing it I would mute them.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn them twice then I would mute them if they kept doing it
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would go onto the sever and decide if what they were doing would count as exploiting their powers. For example spawn killing or banning random players. If I thought that they were exploiting their powers I would report them through the forum. I would also attempt to provide evidence such as screenshots and video evidence if possible as I have an account for Fraps.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would go onto the sever and spectate them and check that they have not bought noclip or another speed increasing item an if they were speed hacking I would ban them.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would first post a link to the actual server rules and explain to the other players that the rule in question does not exist. After that I would leave the situation unless the same player did it again in which case I would warn once then mute.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would keep playing or leave the sever, as it isn't against any rules.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Warn once then mute as they are breaking rules 8, 4, 2
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell them to stop as it is breaking the rule: Do not beg for other players to give you items, currency, or credits. And if they continued I would ban them.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would say that I was very sorry that it had happened and that I would warn the player who did it although I cannot repay the person who got slayed. Then I would warn the person who did it for trolling and if they kept trying to annoy people I would mute them or kick them if they were clearly trying to ruin everyone else's fun.Even though neither players are breaking any rules here, it is still noteworthy to mention that this could be a form of griefing.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I would really like to become a more senior part of this community and I believe that I will be able to act maturely and sensibly to almost any situation that arises.
