Where did I come from?
« on: September 18, 2017, 08:57:10 AM »
Hiya, before I begin I'm going to give a wittle bitty explanation about what your about to read. Some friends of mine want to know my online story (how I came to be). So I'm writing it here because I feel like its a good place to document it. Free for all to read if they want to, and free to ask additional questions at the end, so please... sit back and enjoy my story. (and who knows, maybe even others will do this too)

2008: When I first started my career *sigh* I was only just a wee child, about 8 years old when my brother got his PS3. Our first few games, Warhawk, COD: WAW, and LittleBigPlanet. My mama got that third game for me so I didn't mess with the other two, of course we all know this could not be stopped, because as we all know, children of the internet love to be nosey and invade on people's things, which is exactly what I did. I mean yeah LittleBigPlanet was a fun game to me as a kid, building the things I thought were cool (absolute shit) and playing (crying) all the hardest yet very detailed communtiy made levels. After a while like any energetic kid at my age, I got bored, very bored. So I tried one of my brothers games, took out mine and threw in Warhawk and boy do I not regret it. Its a game based entirely online and its like COD, Battlefield, and TF2 all mixed into one game. I was having new kinds of fun (anger) the community was enjoyable at times but then you find "the spoiled" those tiny few who love to ruin thy day. I played against some players who don't really care what they do, they just have one thing in their mind, "Shit on everyone's parade" I didn't like it. So I got angry and left for a few, I come back in to my brother staring at me with the kind of face that says "you had one job, and you failed it" go on, take your time to picture the little one staring down their brother like I have just intruded on a grizzly bear's cub. I was scared to I ran to my own room and cried (stared at a wall making fake noises). He didn't buy it :(.

you're bored by now so let jump a good... um... two NO THREE, yes.. three years forward.

2011: *ahem* Three years later we get some new things, including a child's brain being not so stupid c:. By around this time all my brother played was COD, and he would let me play with him sometimes because apparently I'm "mature enough now". My first time playing cod? (I think we were at Black Ops or MW2?) Nah I decided to go oldschool and play WAW and man did I have fun. Bringing both sparks of happiness and anger, I kept playing. and to every COD up to now, WAW has been my favorite by a longshot because it has that feel, you know that one, the one where you hold on to it because its where you started, its your home turf.

2012: come Christmas Day I get the Halo 4 edition Xbox 360, I loved it to death and still have it. As you can tell Halo 4 was something I was going to play for a long time, my favorite thing? Hands down gotta be Forge. I loved building things. And can you guys guess what the next game I bought was? (I'm sure you caaannnnn~) Thats right, it was good ole' Minecraft (ya know... back when it was new and not portrayed as cancer) putting my imagination to the test I built a massive city of awesomeness (pile o' shit). I did the survival stuff and what not but I didn't really have fun with it... so, for the next two years were spent playing that game, and nothing else...

How we doin eh? still awake.... hot damn your good. alright, we're getting closer to the present now so don't worry...

2014: This year I like to call "Setback Year" I got one of those feelings you get when you miss something... The urge to play your old games, so I went back. PS2 era baby. Grabbed six games I can remember everything about even to this day. "Seek and Destroy" "Sub Rebellion" "Naval Ops Warship Gunner 1+2 and Commander" and lastly "R-TYPE Final" My fav of the six. Lemme tell you, when you go back to the games you love, you have so much fun... more than when you first played them because lets be honest. When you were young and play games like I did, you had no idea what things were you did things because they looked cool and not what they did. Come some 8 years into the future and you suddenlly understand everything.

October of 2013: I went to a friends birthday party of five friends who are now very very close. The birtday boy... man... whatever you wanna call em, sat us down in front of a TV, plugged his laptop in and showed us the greatest thing in online history... "Elliot goes to School" and "Team Fabulous 2" We laugh are asses off to the the videos but when we watched Team Fabulous I thought to myself... "Is that really what goes on?" it got me intrigued so as soon as I came home, got on my own laptop and downloaded the thing they told me to download... "Steam" I made and started my steam career under the name of "R-TYPE Commander" in remembrance of the game I will always love and never forget. I download TF2 and play the tutorial. Now I know what your ALL thinking... "This guy was a COD kid, there's no way he will get far in our turf" (Yeah, look where I am now... I am retired Sniper Jesus) After finishing the tutorials and all the nitty gritty. It was time to pick my main. Who did I chose? Sniper.....? No sir... I chose the Sandwich Eater, or as he is.. The Heavy.

April 2014: MY Birthday comes along and I get a 20$ Steam card from my friend, I took it right to the store and bought the following: Officer's Ushanka, Brass Beast, Huo-Long Heater, Sticky Jumper, Diamondback, and the Scottish resistance. My friends took me into their team of 5, creating six and together we made our way to highlander. As we tore our way through things I noticed something... I wasn't doing anything :\. So I said Heavy was no good and swapped to Demo. Played him, and actually got some use with him and his arrangement of swords, I was effective for once. We continued our climb and made it all the way into platnium. After which I retired to a life of the Trade Plaza, only I dropped the Demo act forever, and begin the great journey as the sniper and named myself to "Shadow R-TYPE Commander.

June-July 2015 "The big impact": After a two month vacation to play other games, I come back due my friends talking about Gun Mettle update so I wanted to get in on it myself. I buy my Gun Mettle coin and dive in for about three weeks. I make out with some good skins including a powerhouse case I saved for a rainy day (no pun intended). At the same time I continued my Plaza hopping, until I met on that I would stay on for the next 2 years, TF2SS Server #2 or as I call it... home. Come near the end of august after settling into the server and getting used to the community I met someone by the name of Atomized_Coyote. I met this player and saw the outgoingness he presented to the server, and watching from the spawn window I thought to myself... "I can do better c:<" so, I grabbed my headset, blew off the dust and confronted this guy. as I walked I thought to myself "don't treat him as a normal player... Don't Raise your rifle at his head... no... stop... don't you do it..." *BANG" *sigh*.... "dammit" *insert overly dramatic Atomized scream here* First impressions make everything right? well... guess that's out the window. Everything else follows through, both of us yelling at each other like dumbasses not being serious at all what so ever, eventually it gets to the point where we are just mocking each other in stupid ways
as we casually fight each other and the other players. After the day is over and he leaves I decide I want to keep him around, so I add him to steam. Ten minutes of profile judgment and criticism from the both of us and be come close friends. The next week nearing the bitter end of July, I meet three more people by the names of "Bread Fortress 2" "GUI" and "HashtagEverything". they join one at a time get settled in. until Bread starts to be a joke and donates about 50000 credits worth of stuff (two keys at the time). Me and Hash are getting to know eachother then... ALL OUT OF F*** NOWHERE *points to Bread* THIS ASSHAT DECIDES "Oh hey, I'ma be a flying bomb of IDGAF" AND BUYS "Noclip + Timebomb" for the next few hours. then after being stupid me, Hash, and GUI, band together and hide/fight the flying heavy missile. We take tele's outside and BAM there he is, Flyin around at the speed of F***in Sound. Focus's Hash as me and GUI run in a different direction. This continues for about and hour and in the end, all three were added because of the stupidity we did brought us together.

August 2015: Come by around the eighth I decide to run for admin, didn't make it, how tragic. I shrug it off and go back to my fun, continuing what has happened only in a little Skype between the three of us (Me, Hash, and Atomized)

December 2015-2016: this who process continues with nothing new

January 2017: I'm playing some new games "Just Cause 3 and Tom Clancey's Endwar" and talkin a bit with Atomized and as I'm playing he gets a message on steam wanting to play Left for Dead 2. Asks me if I wanted to join in on it so we both say yes. I install the game throw two friends by the names of Synicle and Osama, we join in on the game and start to be stupid, until its just me and Syn are left and decide... "LETS DO THIS ALONE" so we do No Mercy on expert, were playing we're laughin like "OH YEAH, WE GOT THIS" *runs back to safehouse every time a horde spawns* and so after this stupid stuff we gain two no people to our list of close friends.

March 2017 "Turning Point" March is sometimes known as the "Month of Change" and a while ago syn had posted an image and I thought it was really cool and stuff, so on a flight to Florida I decide to draw the thing and make it better, bigger image, better quality. I post it on steam and get messaged by syn on what to call it... either "Lyncanvaka" or "Zabiroc" After seeing these two options I did more than name the picture... I named myself, "Zabiroc"

May 2017: I decide to run for admin a third time, after a week of suspense and watching, I finally get in c:
I start my training and get accepted into the staff.

June 2017-Present: Everything here you all should already know if you've met me at least once so there's no need to explain

Thank you if you tough it out and actually read this whole thing.

Interesting story of your build up to the present. Mine is rather boring, so I'll save it for later when it actually gets fun. Awesome story tho
