I did however check the other bots and found a donation on bot 10

Sometimes if there are issues with steam, credit payouts can be delayed. I have checked and you have 360 credits pending and will be available next time you log into one of our servers.

Sometimes when there is issues - if you simply rejoin the server it forced the shop to recheck for anything pending and will payout if its confirmed.

Sorry for the inconvenience but that's just how steam is these days.
