Donated once of around 48 refined and left the server before getting the credits, came back in immediately, donated once again of 80 refined, but then received the first donation credits of ~20000 and then waited for half an hour but received nothing

So it does appear after looking through the logs for the last hour that there is a glitch with your trades.

The proper adjustments had been made but then you made a 1 ref donations before the previous donation was completed. Steam must have been slow in confirming the trade and at that exact moment your single ref was confirmed overwriting the previous payout.

You currently have 30266 credits and I have manually added an adjustment for 40320. On your next login you should have a balance of 70586.

If the bot doesn't instantly give you credits, you can always try and rejoin the server to see if the bots will update your credits as they do a check every time you join one of our servers.
