I had administrative experience on a different trading server on TF2, but it got shut down.

Sincerely, I want to help out this community and make the servers fun for others, and to bring more quality and respect towards others.

Not that I specifically remember, I don't really lose control of my emotions.

What I consider as my strength is patience, I can be very patient at times. My weakness would be taking things too far than it is supposed to.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
If they type a racist comment or say a racist offense in both voice chat AND text, mute and gag them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Dealing with the situation and dig down deeper within the reports.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
If players were to mic spam, I would gag them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Ban them and report to other staff.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Temporarily ban them, if done again, then perma ban them.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
To tell the regular user whom threatens another player to read the rules again and warn them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't really do anything but warn them, because it is just a game.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
If anything, gag or mute them from speaking and/or chatting and if done again next time, temp ban them or perma ban them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would warn them because you never know it could be a scam, and on the servers, you can use credits to buy what you want from the shop, but if done again then ban.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
To quit complaining, and don't be dependent on the perks.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
In my point of view, admin abuse is when an admin uses all of his granted powers to torture, banning players, messing with them by gagging, muting, kicking, trolling with admin permissions, etc.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel like as a Server Admin, I am more comfortable helping others out on the servers rather than just being the game itself.
