Lost access to VIP

I have about 47 days of vip and i bought 30 more days to test if it bugged and it has not added any days but it didnt and all my VIP is gone...

What server were you on when you bought vip?

I see the failure - L 08/17/2015 - 07:22:49: [vip_sql_admins_expire.smx] ADD - SQL failure, Failed to proccess command: "STEAM_0:0:40349154" a 43200

Your 47 days should be restored and I have refunded your 15000 credits.

We had a small glitch on the sql server this morning - this has now been fixed.
