I was an admin for my friends sever till it was tooken down.

My goal(s) are to make the severs a safer place for others and my self.

Any and all of my free time of my time on tf2 I love the severs its a home away from home.
B. On the forums?
a good 3+ hours a day

When my frend got a golden pan i was happy I was filled with joy and it took me about 1 min to gather my fellings together.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
firstly tell then that its rude and shouldnt b sayin it then just block the person from the sever with a 30 min bann/Kick
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Calm yourself, take yourself out of the situation and look it over. Then apply force where needed to calm everyone down then work it through for a happy conclusion/punishment.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would tell other admins and reporth them to the head admin of the sever.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would say they were cheeting /hacking thats why they got banned.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
say the player who made up the "rules" is a scammer and is not am adim and kick/ban them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would do nothing its just a game we are in it to have fun with friends and to play objectives in the game.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would ban them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell them that that peron is not an adim and kick/bann them
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I can give you my credits so you can buy it again and have fun with the Headless Horsemann .
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel like I can make a change in the severs and help out with the stuff needed to be done while being an admin.
