I have been server admin for other games and other servers in Team Fortress 2.

My goals and why I want to hold this position is because I love to help people and it's my goal to help anyone who needs it.

A. On the servers?
I can spend as much time as I need on the servers unless something comes up.
B. On the forums?
As much time as I can unless I need to go for something special.

Someone really hurt my feelings once and then I realized it's just a person over internet, so I got back into my happy mood.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would give them warnings to stop making racist comments or else I would mute them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would tell everyone to not hurt each others feelings and to get along.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Give them 3 warnings to stop or I would mute.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would report it to another admin or owner.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would go into spectator to make sure they hacking before taking actions.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell them to not threaten another player or else they would be muted.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would just continue playing the game and would not be angry.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would ask them to leave or to stop saying bad things about the server.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would ban that person because that would be considered scamming.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell them that it's a perk from the server and to just avoid the situation.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I would love to help fellow admins and players. My account, Keebs, has an account ban because a used to be friend offered me free games and after I accepted them he complained to Steam Support saying I stole them from him when I really didn't. That's how I got my ban.
