I have had experience in the past on TF2 and Garry's Mod.
I was an Event Host for a TF2 group called Mass Crabbing Co., and I was a server co-owner for a Garry's Mod group called Derps United.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My current goal is to be the staff member that everyone can trust. I've had the experience to know that if I'm an Admin, the community will trust me to do whatever I can to keep the server a fun place.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I have school on weekdays. So usually its 3:30 P.M. CST. I have Marching Band practice on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, so the time goes to around 5:10 P.M. CST.
This only happens until December or January. On weekends, unless I am busy with life, I am on all the time.
B. On the forums?
I check the forums on a daily basis. I browse the forums while I check what needs to be read by me. I read whatever happens on the group. Like jokes, TF2 related questions, and the offical Update Notes, both TF2 and SwapShop related.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been with SwapShop for an entire year. I first joined back in June 2015 when looking for a place to sell an unusual, and rack up on stranges.

I can't speak any other language.

I tend to have anger issues sometimes. They're not as severe as they used to be. Back then, my anger caused me to get into fights and end up with bloodshed.

Strengths: Patient, understanding, reasonable, loyal.
Weaknesses: Anger, jokitive to strict sometimes.

15. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I'd first give them a verbal warning and ask them to not make racist comments at anyone. If they dont listen, it can result in a timed ban
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I am always on the side of the users. If users are offended by another user's remarks, I'd make that person stop the offensive remarks.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
They would be on a timed mute or a ban. It depends on what the situation is.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I'd report it straight to the Head Administrators and provide any evidence if possible.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I'd respond:
Thank you for the report. We will keep lookout for [username]. If he is speedhacking, he will be banned.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I'd say that he isn't an admin and what he said isn't really a rule, if he dosen't listen, I'd just ban him for not listening to an admin and impersonating an admin.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I know that they are just trying to piss me off. I'd just suck it up and keep doing my job.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I'd say stop showing total disrespect to the admins and the group. If he dosen't stop, he will be banned for disrespecting staff members and not listening to an admin.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I'd warn users that this is a scam he is trying to pull of, he can't give godmode for free or even grant godmode.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I'd tell the player that most likely they justed wanted him/her to leave them alone. That they most likely want to be friendly.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
I see admin abuse as this: Admins who use their powers for their own selfish desire to have power over other players, nd use their powers to turn the game to their advantage.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel that this isn't for me, but for the people who enjoy coming on TF2 SwapShop. That I want to do what's right for everyone and be known as a loyal authority symbol who cares for others.
