6. List and describe any previous supervisory, administrative or management experience, in or out of the game:
I was once an admin on the Skial servers. I always enforced rules and was very nice to fellow players. When someone did something wrong I always contacted the owner, warned them, or banned them.
7. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to hold this position because I have been an admin on many other servers. I also see people breaking server rules and trash talking admins. I usually contact an admin but if I get this position I can just warn them or ban them. My goals in this community is to make TF2SS a better place, not saying that it is bad now.
8. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend 4-7 hours during the week. I will be able to spend 12 hours during the weekend. During the summer I can be on all the time.
B. On the forums?
I will probably Spend about 4-5 hours every 2 days. Unless i'm busy with work.
9. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been playing on these servers for about 1 or 2 months now. In total I probably have 90 hours. I used to play once a month.
10. Do you speak any languages other than English?
No, I only speak English and Pig-Latin of course.

I have lost control of my emotions when thinking of my dad and im able to brush it off my shoulder.

I'm friendly, outgoing and, smart, My weakness is my temper.

16. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
First I would say "Hey man that's not cool if you keep doing this im going to have to ban you or kick you".
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would respond with "Sir or Ma'am I don't find these remarks offensive, but this group of people are offended can you please leave this topic".
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would contact the owner or I would ban or kick them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would say "If you are an admin can you please quit exploiting your powers or I will contact the owner thanks".
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the server and spectate that player. If he is speed hacking I would thank the person who reported him and then, I would ban the player that got reported.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will ban the admin poser and then I would tell the player that was getting abused that those are not rules.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will ask them to politely stop.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would ban them straight away and then contact the owner.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will warn everyone in the server about him and then ban him.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell them that they are allowed to kill him. Also that he needs to try to get over it.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Admin abuse is disgusting. It is basically cyber bullying.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel excited. I also feel happy that i'm going to be able to help out other admins
